Description
Some breaks call for gentleness, others for a real boost to refocus. The instant nourishing four-mushroom and miso soup was designed for these moments – the mid-afternoon break when you need to regain your focus before heading back to the grind.
Its recipe combines four mushrooms – button mushrooms, lion's mane, shiitake, and chestnut mushrooms – with umami miso and herbs (thyme, rosemary). Lion's mane is a particularly popular ingredient in wellness circles, where it's often associated with concentration and mental clarity – one more reason to make it your mid-day ritual.
With 11g of protein, 4g of fiber, and an impressive concentration of B vitamins (B1, B2, and B3) as well as an excellent amount of copper, this soup contributes to normal energy metabolism – perfect for supporting you on your most demanding days. And since it's made with coconut milk, without any animal products, it's also suitable for those who prefer a vegan diet.
As always with Pocket Soupe: keep it handy, add boiling water, stir, and it's ready. No waiting – just a real, recharging break.
